ATTENTION: A lithium battery is not installed by default, as it is not allowed to ship products with batteries. We recommend you should buy it locally and install it by yourself. The lithium battery part number is CR1220. Do not hesitate to contact us for help.

Power Input Connector

The product CS10600RA070E/CS10600RA070P uses wide-range power input DC 6~36VThe total power consumption is normally about 6.6W.  There are two types of the power input interface. One is a 3 Pin 3.81mm screw terminal connector, as shown in Figure 5. The other one is a 2.1mm DC input head, as shown in Figure 6.

A detailed description of the power input connector pins is provided in Table 1

The system ground “GND” has been connected to power negative “-” on board.
The central pin is positive. 

CAN+RS485+RS232 Connector

The RS485+RS232 connector is an 8 Pin 3.81mm screw terminal connector, as shown in Figure 7. As for the definition of every pin, please refer to Table 2.

There are 2 channels of UART in total.

RS485_1 and RS232_1 share the same channel UART1 and therefore cannot be used at the same time.

GPIO Connector

This product CS10600RA070E/CS10600RA070P has a GPIO interface, as shown in Figure 8.

Capacitive Touch

And it uses a 5-point capacitive touch.

USB HOST Connector

There are two USB2.0 connectors on the CS10600RA070E/CS10600RA070P, as shown in Figure 10.

LAN Connector

There is one channel 100Mbit Ethernet connector, as Figure 11 shows.

Audio Connector

The product has one audio output, as shown in Figure 12. It also has an internal 2W speaker.

TF Card

The product CS10600RA070E/CS10600RA070P has two TF (uSD) card connectors: SD0 and SD1, as shown in Figure 13. Both support TF (uSD) cards up to 32GB. The SD0 is used only for the Lite version Compute Module that has no internal eMMC. The SD1 is used for external storage.

The TF card doesn’t come with the product by default.

Mini USB

The product has one Mini USB port that is used for downloading the system to the eMMC of CM3/CM3+.

SW1 switch

There is one switch on the board marked as SW1, shown in Figure 15. It has two positions USB and eMMC. When in the USB position, the Raspberry Pi will boot from the USB connector. This function is used to download the OS software to the internal eMMC. When in the eMMC position, the Raspberry Pi will boot from internal eMMC.

SIM Card Holder

There is a mini-PCIe connector inside the CS10768RA070E/CS10768RA070P that can be used to mount a 4G module.

If you want to add the 4G module, then you will need the SIM card holder, as shown in Figure 17. There is a connector on the backside of the case used to connect an external 4G Antenna shown in Figure 18.

This product doesn’t come with the 4G module by default.


The product CS10600RA070E/CS10600RA070P has one WiFi+BT. It uses the Realtech RTL8723, which integrates WiFi and BT, as shown in Figure 19. For CS10600RA070P, there is a connector on the backside of the case that is used to connect an external WiFi/BT antenna, as shown in Figure 20.

Dimensions and Mounting

The dimensions of CS10600RA070E -C111 are 190*107.8*27.7mm, as Figure 21 shows.

The dimensions of CS10600RA070P -C111 are 206*135*30.1mm.

Mounting Method

The CS10600RA070P can be mounted with Vesa (75*75 mm) and Panel mounting methods.
The CS10600RA070E can be mounted with the Embedded mounting method.
Please make sure the display is not exposed to high pressure when mounting into an enclosure.
