Power Input Connector

The product CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P uses a wide-range power input DC 6~36V. The total power consumption is normally about 5W. The Power Input Connector is a 3 Pin 3.81mm Screw Terminal Connector, as Figure 5 shows.

A detailed description of the power input connector pins is provided in Table 1

The system ground “GND” has been connected to power negative “-” on board.

Capacitive Touch

The product CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P uses a five-point capacitive touch screen, as Figure 6 shows.

Capacitive touch is very sensitive to power noise. Ripple voltage/current from the power adapter will cause the LCD ripples, and will also cause the capacitive touch malfunction. If you use the APK Multi-Touch under Android to test, you can find the touchpoint float. There are several ways to solve this problem:

1)  Use a high-quality power adapter. Or a battery to provide power like a cell phone or tablet PC. 

2)  If the power adapter isn’t good enough, make sure the CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P power input connector Pin 3 is connected to the Ground. This method can eliminate the problem totally. You can test it by touching the GND of CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P with one hand, while the other hand operates on the capacitive touch screen. In this case, the user’s body acts as the Power System Ground.

CAN+RS485+RS232 Connector

The CAN+RS485+RS232 connector is a 16 Pin 3.81mm Screw Terminal Connector, as Figure 7 shows. As for the definition of every pin, please refer to Table 2.

  1. UART2 signal has been used by Bluetooth signal onboard. The RS485_2 function has been disabled by default. If you need the RS485_2 function, please contact us to disable the Bluetooth function.  
  2. A 120Ohm resistor doesn’t come mounted by default with the product.

USB HOST Connector

There are two USB connectors, as Figure 8 shows.

TF Card

The product CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P has one TF (uSD) card connector, shown in Figure 10, that supports a TF (uSD) card up to 32GB.

The TF card doesn’t come with the product by default.


The product CS10600U070E/CS10600U070P has one WiFi+BT. It uses Realtech RTL8723 which integrates WiFi and BT, as Figure 12 shows. For CS10600U070P, there is a connector on the backside of the case that is used to connect an external WiFi/BT antenna, as Figure 13 shows.

WiFi/BT module is optional, it doesn’t come with the product by default.


The GPIO connector is a 10 Pin 3.81mm Screw Terminal Connector, as Figure 14 shows. As for the definition of every pin, please refer to Table 3.

The GPIO has been Opto-isolated. If you try to use the GPIO, you should also use an isolated power input. The Power Input range is 5~24V DC. The Power Positive input is the output high level, and the low level is your Ground Input. The output can drive a maximum of 500mA current through every channel. This voltage and current are enough for most relays.
If you don’t need Isolation, you can just use the power which inputs to the Power Input Connector. You can also use the 5V voltage onboard: just solder on R292, R293 by the 0ohm Resistor. Then the 5V voltage on-board will be connected to the “Isolated Power Input” Pin.

The product CS10600U070E can be mounted with the Embedded mounting method. Please make sure the display is not exposed to high pressure when mounting into an enclosure.
