PPC-CM4-150 is a 15.0” industrial PC powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (Quad Cortex®-A72 processor at 1.5GHz clock).

Hardware description

The PPC-CM4-150 is designed for industrial usage, ready to deploy applications based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (Quad Cortex®-A72 processor at 1.5GHz clock).

It supports panel, front mount, and VESA mount for different integration applications.

The 15.0” screen with a ten-point capacitive touch and 1024×768 pixel resolution at 400 NIT brightness make this interaction stable with excellent image clarity. It is durable and resistant to environmental contaminants like dust and water.

Wireless connectivity is a must nowadays, and the PPC-CM4-150 shines on this front. Besides the integrated Ethernet connector supporting up to 1000Mbps and WiFi + BLE wireless module, an optional 4G/LTE and ZigBee modules are available.

Wired connectivity includes also two USB 2.0 Host ports, one mini USB OTG port, and a GPIO connector featuring RS232, RS485, CAN, and Relay. The audio section is also complete with a front panel microphone, a 3.5mm audio connector, two 2W internal stereo speakers, and one internal Buzzer.

The PPC-CM4-150 supports a wide range of input voltages from 12V to 36V DC with a typical power consumption of 17W, featuring a wide range of protection features, allowing it to meet stringent industrial safety regulations.

Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4

This IPC core is the Raspberry Pi CM4, powered by a high-performance Broadcom BCM2711 (RPi 4) application processor.

The BCM2711 has the quad-core CPU design of the BCM2837 but uses the more powerful ARM A72 core. It has a greatly improved GPU feature set with much faster input/output. It is also capable of addressing more memory.

The BCM2711 chip continues to use the heat-spreading technology that started with the BCM2837B0, which provides better thermal management.

Raspberry Pi OS

All Raspberry Pi-based products come with the latest version of Raspberry Pi OS already installed. For specific models, such as the AIO-CM4-101 and the AIO-CM4-156, it is also possible to choose Android 13 or Ubuntu 20.04 as preinstalled OS.
