We continue to push the boundaries of industrial computing with the third expansion of our product line based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5). This latest addition includes multiple new Industrial Panel PCs, ranging from 7.0 to 23.6 inches, designed to meet the growing demands of industrial automation, edge AI applications, and HMI solutions. Built for durability and performance, these new devices offer extensive connectivity options, flexible configurations, and seamless integration into the Raspberry Pi ecosystem.
Advanced Performance and Versatile Connectivity
All new products in this release are powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, featuring a quad-core Cortex-A76 processor running at 2.4GHz and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X-4267 SDRAM. This ensures robust computing power and efficiency for industrial applications. Additionally, each device includes a broad range of communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, CAN, and USB, allowing for easy integration into existing industrial networks.
The industrial-grade design of these devices makes them highly reliable even in challenging environments. Built with rugged enclosures and high-quality materials, they can withstand extended operating temperature ranges and harsh conditions. Touchscreen models incorporate armored glass for added durability, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding applications.
New Industrial Panel PCs
The new range of CM5-powered industrial panel PCs from Chipsee delivers versatile solutions across multiple sizes and application needs. The PPC-CM5-070 and PPC-CM5-070-D introduce compact 7.0-inch models with IP65-rated front panels, making them ideal for rugged industrial environments. While both offer reliable performance in harsh conditions, the PPC-CM5-070-D adds features such as dual Giga Ethernet ports, enhanced USB 3.0 host support, and PWM signal compatibility through Node-Red, distinguishing it from the standard PPC-CM5-070.
Expanding into larger displays, the PPC-CM5-101 (10.1″), PPC-CM5-121 (12.1″), and PPC-CM5-150 (15.0″) provide high-quality capacitive touch interfaces, robust metal enclosures, and support for both panel and VESA mounting. These models are built to perform in demanding automation, control, and industrial applications, combining durability with ease of integration.
For even larger industrial setups, the PPC-CM5-170 (17.0″), PPC-CM5-190 (18.5″), PPC-CM5-215 (21.5″), and PPC-CM5-236 (23.6″) offer expansive screen options while maintaining the same industrial-grade reliability and design standards. With wide operating temperature ranges, rugged construction, and flexible mounting capabilities, these models are well-suited for control rooms, factory automation, and other mission-critical environments requiring robust human-machine interfaces.
