AIO-CM5-101: Desktop Simplicity, Industrial Strength

We’re pleased to introduce the AIO-CM5-101, the latest addition to our CM5-based product line. Built around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5) and pre-installed with Raspberry Pi OS, this all-in-one computer is designed to deliver performance, flexibility, and reliability in a streamlined desktop form factor.

Compact, Modern, and Built to Perform

The AIO-CM5-101 features a 10.1” IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280×800, 400 cd/m² brightness, and a 10-point capacitive touch panel protected by 1.0 mm armored glass. Housed in a durable plastic enclosure (available in Black or White), the system is VESA and stand-mount compatible for flexible installation.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, which boasts a quad-core Cortex-A76 processor running at 2.4GHz, with support for up to 8GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage, depending on the variant selected during configuration. The CM5 module also brings support for PCIe, high-speed interfaces, and wireless connectivity, enabling a wide range of use cases.

Practical Design, Reliable Operation

The AIO-CM5-101 offers a versatile set of I/O and expansion options for both industrial and personal use.
It includes 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x USB-C OTG, Gigabit Ethernet, a 3.5mm audio jack, built-in speaker, and buzzer. Serial communication is supported via 2 x RS232 and 1 x RS485 (expandable), along with a relay output.
Optional features include CAN FD, GPIO, and Wiegand. For storage and acceleration, it has an M.2 PCIe slot for NVMe SSDs or AI modules, and an optional mini-PCIe slot for 3G/4G/LTE connectivity (SIM holder and antenna included). (Note: the USB-C port must be unused when 4G is active.)
The device runs on 15–30V DC with typical power use of 7.5W, and operates reliably in -20°C to 70°C environments. A high-accuracy RTC tracks time when powered off, with capacitor or battery options. Compact and lightweight at 260.54 x 178.54 x 26.9 mm and 620g, it also features power and volume buttons, a programmable LED, and comes pre-installed with Raspberry Pi OS and full driver support for quick setup.

At the heart of the AIO-CM5-101 is the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, Raspberry Pi’s most powerful and advanced module yet. Featuring a 64-bit quad-core Arm Cortex-A76 CPU, support for PCIe Gen 2/3, and improved thermal performance, CM5 is built to handle today’s most demanding applications.

Customers can choose the right CM5 variant—Lite or with onboard eMMC—at checkout, with the assurance that each unit comes with Raspberry Pi OS pre-installed and fully supported. If your project requires a different OS, we’re happy to create a customized version to suit your needs.
