The Challenge

As a pioneer in climate control technology, JEFF Electronics sought a small industrial panel PC capable of running smoothly on Linux, providing stable operation over long periods. The panel PC would be integrated into their CC V Pro® system, a standardized and flexible control and regulation system designed for various heat pumps and complex heating systems with the same heat pump control.

Our Solution

Understanding JEFF Electronics’ specific needs, we devised a custom solution that fulfilled their requirements. We designed, developed, and manufactured a 7-inch panel PC built on the Cortex A8 processor, running on Linux OS, and equipped with a resistive touch screen. The panel PC enabled quick and easy scheduling of hot water charging, night lowering, or holiday lowering with just a few touches on the pressure-sensitive display.

Furthermore, we integrated a built-in web server into the panel PC, enabling users to control the system from their mobile phones or computers easily. This feature allows for convenient remote access and enhances the overall user experience.

The Result

Our custom-designed panel PC has transformed how JEFF Electronics’ customers interact with their CC V Pro® system. The user-friendly touch panel and remote access functionality provide a seamless experience for scheduling and regulating heat pump operations.
