The Challenge

Kaltron was tasked with designing a control and monitoring panel for a water filtration system that could supply consistent pressure to the client’s water main. After extensive testing with various panels, they encountered several that were unreliable, costly, and incompatible with the necessary software requirements.

The Solution

Upon discovering the PPC-CM4-101 from Chipsee, Kaltron found it met all of their criteria, providing both reliability and cost-effectiveness. They utilized the panel as a SoftPLC with visualization to oversee the entire filtration process, from water intake to pressure control in the water main. Moreover, the panel sent data metrics to cloud storage, enabling the client to remotely access and monitor the system’s performance at any time.

The Result

With the implementation of the PPC-CM4-101, the water filtration system is running reliably and consistently, supplying the required pressure to the client’s water main. The panel’s resilience and user-friendly interface have given the client peace of mind over the operation of their plant.
