Hardware description
The CS-CM5-BOX is powered by the Raspberry Pi CM5, a powerful quad-core Cortex-A76 processor running at 2.4GHz and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X-4267 SDRAM, providing a balance of performance and efficiency.
This device offers extensive connectivity options to cater to diverse requirements. It includes a CAN bus for automotive communications, USB 3.0 and USB Type-C OTG for high-speed data transfer, dual LAN ports for network redundancy, RS232 and RS485 interfaces for serial communication, and an HDMI output supporting HD external displays.
The integrated WiFi/Bluetooth functionality is determined by the Raspberry Pi CM5 module chosen. A 4G/LTE module is also available as an optional add-on, enhancing its wireless capabilities. Both modules come with antennas for optimal signal reception.
