Hardware description
The PPC-A55-050 is a full-featured, rugged industrial computer designed and certified for industrial usage. It is ready to deploy industrial applications based on the Rockchip RK3568 low-power processor that integrates a quad-core Cortex®-A55 processor.
The PPC-A55-050 has a 5-point capacitive touch screen with a 1280×720 resolution and 400 NIT brightness. The screen offers stable and accurate control over the device and great image clarity.
There is a TF card interface designed for storage expansion and various connectivity options such as USB, LAN, HDMI, RS232, RS485, and CAN. The PPC-A55-050 has 4 x UART channels in total. The default configuration is 2 x RS232 and 2 x RS485, and 1 debug port. The default settings can be changed. GPIO and 4G/LTE module are not supported due to the limited space on the board.
The PPC-CM4-050 supports panel and 75mm VESA mounting methods.
