Hardware Features
The PPC-A55-215 is a full-featured, rugged industrial computer designed and certified for industrial usage. It is ready to deploy industrial applications based on the Rokchip RK3568 low-power processor that integrates a quad-core Cortex®-A55 processor.
Various connectivity options include USB, LAN, HDMI, RS232, RS485, CAN, and GPIO.
The PPC-A55-215 has 4 x UART by default, and 6 x UART channels at most. The default configuration is 2 x RS232 and 2 x RS485, including 1 RS232 debug port. The 2 x CAN can be configured to RS232. UART can be swapped between RS232 and RS485 modes easily. The default settings can be changed. The WiFi/BT module is integrated while the 4G/LTE module is optional.
The PPC-A55-215 supports the panel and 75mm VESA mounting methods.
Performances and reliability
The PPC-A55-215 Industrial Panel PC is based on the powerful Rockchip RK3568 chip – a high-range general-purpose SoC that integrates a quad-core Cortex®-A55 processor.
This chip supports various peripheral interfaces and has a built-in independent NPU. It supports Android 11 and Linux systems and is perfect for industrial customization markets such as IoT gateways, cloud terminals, NVR storage, industrial equipment, industrial control panels, industrial control boxes, etc.
Operating system
The PPC-A55-215 supports Android 11, Debian 11, and Buildroot Linux Qt.
We have developed all the necessary drivers, so every hardware feature is readily available for any standard development tool. If your project requires an OS that is not on the list, please contact us, and we’ll make a customized version for you.
